CHANGE OF POLICY REGARDING PUBLIC ACCESS TO CLINIC:

Due to crowd control issues, we are again limiting access to our front lobby. Starting December 3, 2020, our front door will be locked to the public. Please call from your car on arrival 902-436-2297 press 3 for reception and someone will assist you. You may be asked to wait in the car until we have a room available. Once advised to enter, only one client per family permitted in clinic for appointments. Masks are mandatory, hand sanitizer is available as well as a mask if you do not have one. For clients without cellphones, please come and knock on our door. Purchases of food and medication can be made over the phone and then can be picked up at the door.

If you answer yes to either of these questions, you may need to be tested for COVID-19 and we would ask that an alternate person accompany your pet or pick up your supplies. If your test is positive and your pet has to be seen for an emergency, please call us for direction as a referral to AVC may be required.

  • Have you returned from travel (including travel within Canada) in the last 14 days OR had exposure to a confirmed
