To Our Trusted Clients –  We understand the growing concern of COVID 19 and the effects it may have on your pets or yourselves. If any of you have been impacted from this pandemic, our thoughts are with you.  As your pets’ medical providers, we care about your animals’ well-being and we are passionate about the care we provide for you and your pets. Our priority is to be able to continue to help your pets while at the same time having procedures in place to keep you and our team members healthy.  If you or a family member are experiencing fever or respiratory symptoms, have recently travelled internationally, have been been exposed to anyone with symptoms, known positive cases or are confirmed positive yourself we ask you to refrain from coming to our hospital. If you have a situation you feel is urgent for your pet to be seen, please call us or contact us through Facebook and we can arrange to receive your pet in our parking lot. Purchases of food and medication can also be delivered out to you. For visitors to the hospital please limit the number of people accompanying the pet. To decrease the amount of time spent in the waiting area we would ask for you to wait in your car and we can call you when we are ready to receive your pet. For those without cell phones arrangements can be made ahead of your scheduled time. Please use the hand sanitizers provided and be aware that we are implementing extensive cleaning protocols to decrease the risk of viral spread within the hospital. We will be decreasing the number of appointments per day to allow for these cleaning measures between patients. Our front desk may be contacting you as routine, non-urgent appointments are going to be postponed until this situation is more stable. Thank you for your understanding in this uncertain time as we try to maintain services while keeping everyone safe and allow us to remain open. Please be aware that things are changing rapidly and adjustments are likely to be made moving forward.
